Provincial Planning Team from Pampanga, led by Engr. Wilfredo Manalili, OIC-PPDO, visited the Provincial Planning and Development Office of Pangasinan, headed by Dr. Benita M. Pizarro, to learn from the latter’s best practices during the benchmarking by the Provincial Government Executives of Pampanga, together with their Planning Team, to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan on March 12, 2021.

The team were briefed on the PPDO’s organizational structure, Investment Promotion initiatives, and statistical system as Region I’s Most Statistically Developed LGU (2-time Regional Hall of Fame Awardee as the Best NSM Province Implementer), among others.
